Terms of Service

1. Provider and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Routifyy ("the Service"), a software-as-a-service tool for building 301-redirect lists for website migrations. The Service is operated by:

By registering for an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Routifyy is a web-based SaaS tool that assists web designers and agencies in creating 301-redirect lists during website migrations, particularly for launches on the Webflow platform. Core features include:

• Crawling of existing (old) websites to discover URLs
• Connection to Webflow via OAuth or API key to read target page structures
• Connection to Google Search Console via OAuth to retrieve historical URL data
• Automated and manual redirect mapping
• Export of redirect lists as CSV files (credit-based, see Section 5)

All third-party API connections (Webflow, Google) are established on a read-only basis. Routifyy does not write to, modify, or delete data on any connected external platform.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. Registration requires a valid email address and uses passwordless sign-in via email magic links. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately at support@routifyy.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Tier

Routifyy offers a free tier that allows users to create projects and use all features of the Service without payment, subject to the following limitation:

• CSV export via the free tier is limited to the first 10 redirect mappings per export.
• To export more than 10 redirects in a single CSV file, at least one Credit must be redeemed (see Section 5).

The free tier is provided without warranty or service-level commitment and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Credits and Paid Features

5.1 Credit System

Full CSV exports (more than 10 redirects) require Credits. Each Credit entitles the holder to one (1) unlimited full CSV export from any project. Credits are tied to your user account and do not expire.

5.2 Credit Packages and Prices

Credits are available for purchase in the following packages:

• 1 Credit — CHF 9.00 / USD 9.00
• 5 Credits — CHF 35.00 / USD 35.00
• 20 Credits — CHF 89.00 / USD 89.00

All prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable at checkout and may differ by region. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; any change will take effect for new purchases only.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (a third-party payment processor based in the United States). By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as supported by Stripe at the time of purchase.

Credit purchases are one-time transactions. Routifyy does not offer any recurring subscription model.

5.4 No Refunds

All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once Credits have been purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation, regardless of whether they have been redeemed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical error on our part; please contact support@routifyy.com.

5.5 Credit Forfeiture

Unused Credits are forfeited upon account termination, regardless of the reason for termination. We are not obligated to refund or compensate for unused Credits upon account closure.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Crawl websites that you do not own or for which you do not have explicit permission
• Gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Webflow and Google Search Console. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those providers. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that affect the functionality of the Service, nor for any data made available through those APIs.

8. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content and data you create using the Service, including redirect projects, URL mappings, and exported CSV files. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user content) remain the exclusive property of KOMUNIQUE by Philipp Roth. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, updates, or business reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The redirect mappings generated by the Service are complete, accurate, or suitable for use in production
• The CSV exports produced by the Service will function correctly when imported into any particular CMS, hosting platform, or redirect manager
• The Service will be available without interruption, delay, or error
• Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing all redirect lists generated by the Service before deploying them in any live or production environment.

11. Limitation of Liability and Exclusion of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOMUNIQUE by Philipp Roth, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This exclusion applies to all forms of damages, including without limitation:

• Direct damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or costs of substitute services
• Indirect or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings
• SEO and ranking losses — including any drop in search engine rankings, loss of organic traffic, or penalties resulting from incorrectly configured or incomplete redirect lists
• Technical damages — including server errors, broken links, redirect loops, or performance degradation caused by implementing redirects generated by the Service
• Third-party damages — including claims from your own clients, customers, or partners arising from any use of outputs generated by the Service
• Data loss — including loss of project data, redirect mappings, or any other data stored in the Service
• Business interruption — including any downtime or disruption to your operations or those of your clients

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where a complete exclusion of liability is not permitted by mandatory applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the amount of Credits purchased by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or CHF 50.00, whichever is lower.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KOMUNIQUE by Philipp Roth, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any redirect configurations deployed by you or on your behalf based on outputs from the Service.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email to the address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and any unused Credits are forfeited without compensation.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@routifyy.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased Credits.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes about their validity, breach, termination, or any claim related to the use of the Service, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden, Switzerland.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
